In case you haven't heard this story:
Back in '42 (as Randy likes to say......only it was really more like 25 years ago) Randy was at a race in Saranac Lake, NY and George Attla was there to race in the unlimited class. It warmed up and the first day was too warm and they cancelled and the 2nd and 3rd day they ran in slush. Because they wanted the spectators to see something that first day they put on a one-dog race for 1/2 mile and Randy beat George Attla with a dog named Rusty!!!! so that's Randy's "claim to fame"!!!!
